About

Experience Music, located in Wilnecote, Tamworth, was established in 2022. It offers a platform for music enthusiasts of all ages to express themselves in a relaxed and non-judgmental environment. Currently, they focus on guitar lessons but plan to add more instruments in the future.

The lessons aim to broaden students’ understanding of the guitar. Students can learn their favorite songs, discover new music, develop improvisational techniques, and create original music. Musical theory is also integrated into the lessons in an accessible way. The teachers are Lewis Jones and Sam Boyce.

Experience Music teaches a range of styles, including rock, jazz, metal, blues, pop, and funk. They welcome all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Lessons can be taught in person at their studio or online via Zoom or Skype.

For students the option to pursue RSL Grades (Rockschool) is available, however, this is optional and can be discussed in the lessons. Equipment can be hired by students so they can practice at home.
