Terry Ferster, a seasoned instructor with over three decades of experience, cultivates a balanced approach to music education within R & T Music Lessons. His teaching methodology prioritizes both sight reading and ear training, fostering comprehensive musicianship across various fretted instruments. Beyond his teaching role, Ferster actively contributes to the wider music community through Irish Mouse Music Events, orchestrating international bookings for musicians.
Ruth Ferster, an alumna of Red Deer College, complements the studio's offerings with her expertise in Suzuki Violin, Cello, and Royal Conservatory Piano. Her pedagogy emphasizes musical self-discovery, nurturing students' individual artistic voices. She also cultivates public presentation skills, notably leading the Benwood Strings Junior Orchestra, providing a platform for young musicians to perform and grow.
