Queen City Music Studios operates a music school and shop located in downtown Staunton, Virginia. Under the leadership of owner and executive director Molly Murphy, the studio provides educational support to musicians of all ages and skill levels. They aim to help the next generation become creatively empowered thinkers.

Teachers at the studio provide lessons that focus on learning music by ear. Students can choose from private instruction in various instruments, including guitar, as well as group classes. Lessons are available in person at the studio, outside, or online through Zoom.

The school offers a wide range of musical options beyond guitars, such as piano, bass, banjo, and voice lessons. Families with babies and young children can also sign up for Musikgarten classes.
