James Neilson is a professional guitar teacher based in a home studio in Woonona, New South Wales. He has over 30 years of experience as a musician and teacher, having worked with students in private settings, schools, universities, and online. He also holds a PhD in cognitive psychology and helped build the curriculum for the music app Yousician.

Lessons are highly flexible to meet the specific interests and skill levels of each student. He welcomes people of all ages, from complete beginners to advanced players. He uses a supportive approach to help students develop the skills and knowledge they need to play the music they enjoy.
