Dean Maged is the owner and instructor at JAM Loudoun, located in Purcellville, VA. He has been providing music lessons in Northern Virginia for 20 years. Dean started playing guitar at age 10 and played in a heavy metal band in high school. He attended Berklee College of Music in 2004 and George Mason University’s Music Education program in 2008.

What sets Dean apart is his ability to tailor lessons to each student’s individual passions and musical tastes. He incorporates music theory and history into his lessons while keeping students engaged and excited about learning. Dean’s passion and enthusiasm are infectious.

JAM Loudoun offers lessons in electric guitar, classical guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, drums, ukulele, and piano. Dean teaches students of all ages and abilities through online lessons via Zoom.
