Hanson Music is a family-owned business located in Marsden, West Yorkshire, England, that was established in 1989. They are one of a small number of British Musical Instrument Makers. The company is owned by Alastair and Jenny Hanson.
Hanson Music makes and restores traditional musical instruments. They also support music making in the community from grass roots through Hanson Community Arts. This provides opportunities for all to learn and play together.
Besides guitars, the company also makes and restores clarinets, saxophones and brass and orchestral stringed instruments. They also offer repair and restoration services.
