Guitar Lessons With Ian is led by Ian Wasdin, a guitarist and composer based in Austin, Texas. He began his journey as a self-taught player before attending the Butler School of Music at the University of Texas at Austin. During his education, he studied under many skilled teachers, including John Dearman, Dr. Mollie Miller, Dr. Thomas Echols, and Dr. Dragos Ilie.

Every student receives an individualized approach to learning during their lessons. Ian tailors his instruction to fit the specific interests and personal goals of each person he teaches. He is happy to help students develop a variety of skills, from reading music and studying theory to simply learning how to play their favorite songs.
