He emphasizes the importance of playing with others and developing both technique and musicality, having studied with teachers like Jon Finn, Tomo Fujita, and David Tronzo. Throughout his 20 years of teaching, Ed has helped students of all ages learn to play authentically, whether they are picking up a guitar for the first time or want to refine their skills for the stage. His teaching philosophy focuses on inspiring a lifelong passion for music and guitar, covering a range of styles including rock, blues, jazz, and folk.
