Colin Daniel has been teaching guitar for over 45 years and has taught more than 5,000 students in person. He is the founder of RiffNinja.com, one of the largest online guitar education platforms, featuring hundreds of video lessons and complete courses from beginner to advanced levels.

Colin’s teaching approach is unique — lessons are embedded in a real band format. Once a week, students join Colin and a small group for a three-hour session at his studio in Abbotsford, BC. The group plays together as a functioning band, complete with bass, drums, and guitar. Students take real solos, learn songs they enjoy, and experience what it’s like to play in a real musical setting.
