Charles Vaughn is a guitar teacher located in Charlotte with over fifty years of experience playing the instrument. He earned a Bachelor of Creative Arts degree in music from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and graduated with the highest honors. He also attended The University of North Carolina School of the Arts to study under Maestro Jesus Silva.

Professional teaching expertise defines his background. He served as a Lecturer of Music in Guitar at UNC-Charlotte for many years and led the school’s guitar ensemble. Additionally, he held faculty positions at both Winthrop University and Central Piedmont Community College.

Students benefit from a teacher who has learned from famous classical guitarists like Andres Segovia and Pepe Romero. He now focuses his time on performing and sharing his musical skills through private instruction. Currently, he offers his services to students who want to learn from an experienced professional.
