Cardiff Music School

About

Cardiff Music School is based at the Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff. The school was established in 1998 by director Brian Firkins, who is a guitarist and educator with over twenty years of experience. The school holds a 100% exam pass rate and currently teaches over 300 students each week.

Lessons are provided by a team of teachers who are fully CRB checked and hold degrees from institutions like the Royal Welsh College of Music. The school offers both bespoke and curriculum based lessons for a wide variety of instruments, including acoustic, classical, electric, and bass guitar. They also teach music theory, which helps students understand the language of music.

New students are offered a free 30 minute lesson to get started. The school provides various lesson lengths at set prices for one to one sessions. Potential students can contact the office by phone or email to book a session and begin their musical training.
