Brookside Guitars provides expert music instruction in the heart of Kansas City. The staff has a wide range of experience performing and teaching various styles, including rock, jazz, classical, blues, bluegrass, and country. They welcome students of all ages and skill levels to study instruments like guitar, bass, piano, and ukulele.

Lessons focus on helping students reach their personal goals by using effective techniques and teaching methods. Instructors act as coaches who keep students focused and motivated while ensuring the practice process is enjoyable. They customize the lessons to fit each individual student’s learning style and musical interests.

Private sessions are available every day of the week for thirty minutes each. These lessons are paid on a monthly basis at a cost of $35 per session. The studio also offers gift certificates for lessons and in-store purchases, along with instrument repair services and early childhood music classes.
