Mark, the founder of 2nd Gen Music, draws his passion for guitar from a lineage of musicians, being a second-generation guitarist. He started playing at a young age and is now committed to passing on the ‘guitar gene’ to others. With an emphasis on personalized teaching, Mark uses rock, blues, and country as foundations to help students discover their unique musical voice. He believes that understanding how the guitar works empowers students to confidently express any song idea they have.
