Thisisguitar is a Birmingham based music service run by Lynden, a experienced tutor who has played guitar since 1992. He studied at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford under Guthrie Govan and later lectured at the Academy of Music and Sound in Birmingham. His professional background includes extensive touring across the UK and abroad, as well as teaching music on a prime-time BBC1 programme.

Lessons are provided for people of all skill levels, from beginners to those who want to write songs or perform in bands. Lynden teaches acoustic and electric guitar, and he also offers bass lessons up to an intermediate level.
