He is a certified guitar instructor with RGT of England and focuses on identifying and improving student strengths and weaknesses from the very first lesson. Earl is also a legendary musician, having formed the band MOXY in the 70s, which toured extensively with major acts.

This methodology allows him to tailor instruction across diverse genres, including acoustic, electric, alternative, rock, pop, and blues, alongside specialized techniques like fingerpicking and soloing.
