Arcadia Academy of Music is located in the vibrant community of Markham on Castlemore Avenue. The school is led by Director of Operations Brian Won, who started his own musical journey playing the cello as a young person. He brings his appreciation for many genres, including pop, rock, and classical, to his staff and students.

Learning music at this studio is not one-size-fits-all. The instructors believe that building a strong foundation, such as learning scales, is an important part of the process. Students receive personalized guidance to help them develop their skills on a wide variety of instruments.

Lessons are available for many instruments, including guitar, bass, ukulele, piano, drums, voice, strings, brass, and woodwinds. The school offers programs like the Arcadia Rocks band program and the Arcadia Ukulele Club. Beyond routine lessons, students have opportunities to participate in community events around the Markham area.
