Baltimore School of Music is a locally owned business located in Baltimore, Maryland. It was founded in 2012 by James Lowe, who began the school as a passion project while studying classical guitar performance. The school has been voted the best music lessons in Baltimore by the Baltimore Sun for five consecutive years.

Students receive private, one-on-one instruction from professional and background-checked teachers. The school offers lessons for a wide variety of instruments, including guitar, piano, violin, voice, and many others. They also provide an early childhood program called Mini Maestros for younger children.

Those enrolled in music lessons are invited to join music ensembles at no additional cost. The school features a state-of-the-art facility, student performance opportunities, and a dedicated staff to manage scheduling and billing.
