HeartStrings is located in Lewisburg at the Carnegie Hall classroom on Church Street. This music academy has been operating since 2013. They serve the local community by providing a space for students to learn music in a professional setting.

Lessons are available for those interested in learning guitar, voice, or singer-songwriter skills. The academy also offers private instruction as well as various group music classes for younger children. Students can even apply for scholarships to help cover the costs of their musical education.
