Seattle Arts & Music operates as Dragonfly Music Studio in Seattle, Washington. The studio is owned by Thelxie Eaves, a professional jazz pianist and vocalist in the Northwest. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Heritage University. Her background includes studying under jazz trumpeter Fred Radke at North Seattle College, and she has earned multiple awards for her work in music and education.

Students at the studio learn at their own pace using a personalized approach. The instruction focuses on creative solutions that fit different learning styles for students of all ages. This method aims to help people succeed with their instruments while helping them develop a lifelong connection to music.
