Mainstream Music is a group of diverse musicians based in the Blacksburg area who have provided private music lessons since 1988. The team consists of five members named Gary, Laurie, Elliott, Rick, and Wendy. They currently support 71 students each week through their teaching programs.

Customized private lessons serve as the primary focus for this group. Instructors tailor their approach to meet the specific needs and goals of every individual student. They believe in the mission of musicians making musicians by sharing their knowledge with others.

Lessons are currently available online six days a week for those interested in signing up. The studio also hosts virtual student performances to give learners a chance to showcase their progress. Prospective students can reach out to the team via email for more information about the current program.
