Hunterdon Academy of the Arts is located in Flemington and has been teaching students since 1981. As the largest and longest-standing performing arts school in Hunterdon County, the academy has spent 45 years helping students build confidence and creativity. They currently support a community of 800 students with a staff of 40 teachers.

Lessons are customized to meet the specific learning styles and goals of every individual. Students can choose to take their lessons in person at the Flemington campus, or they can study fully online. The school also offers the flexibility to switch between these two formats whenever needed.

The academy provides instruction in music, acting, musical theatre, and dance. They are a six-time winner of the Hunterdon Happenings List for the best music school category. Anyone interested in these programs can call their office to get started with lessons.
